We want to take a moment to wish everyone a very Happy Easter, regardless of your religious beliefs - Easter is a great time to celebrate Spring, Family & Friends and get ready Summer's arrival.
This Easter we've had a busy time, with two markets alongside spending time with family and friends - and we've loved every moment. On Good Friday, we joined a small number of Stalls for The Woodlands Family Fun Day in Great Sankey - making it twice in one month that we've been at a Sankey market.
Then the following morning we joined 60 amazing small local businesses for Birchwood Artisan Market and we were blessed with a beautiful sunny day and a great time with other traders & the team from Independent Street. We're taking a break from Birchwood for a few months, but we hope to be back later in the year - don't worry though, we've got some exciting new markets lined up.
April Markets
For April, you can find us at four local markets. Kicking things off on Sunday, April 7th at Walton Garden Artisan Market and Great Sankey Artisan the on April 20th. Towards the end of April we're excited to be returning to Whitemoss and we're also looking forwards to a brand new market at Kenyon Hall - April 27th.
It's a bit of a quiet month for us events wise, but we're looking forwards to an extra busy May with some returning favourites - including Bents - and also some brand new events. We're also putting the time to great use with stocking up on your favourite scents.
P&P Increases
Unfortunately, despite recent rises only a couple of months ago, Royal Mail are increasing their postage prices for all of their services. As a result, along with increased costs for packaging, we're sadly having to increase P&P rates for our items.
We always strive to keep P&P as low as possible and as a result, we've switched some delivery service options up to ensure we can continue to offer the best service at the most affordable rates. Whilst cheaper shipping options may be available, such as Evri, they unfortunately do not provide a reliable enough service to depend on and, whilst Royal Mail do sometimes misplace parcels, the rate of lost and undelivered packages does not justify the slight saving overall.
If you are local to Warrington, UK we're always happy to arrange collection of your order from one of our local markets - or alternatively can arrange for your order to be delivered to you.
It's not all bad news however, we're thrilled to see that shipping options to the USA have seen their prices reduce and as a result customers in the United States will see the cost of items reduce. International orders for Large Letters (which covers our Jewellery & Pin Badges) has remained capped.
New Arrivals
Throughout March we've been working hard to bring the launch of our new Home Fragrance range. Back when we started H&S in June 2020 it was as a Wax Melt company, and since then we've grown and evolved. It's therefore great to return to our roots and we're thrilled so many of you have already fallen in love with our new range of scents and products.
With an exciting range of scents, including some dupes of famous perfumes and aftershaves, fruity favourites, floral delights and also the classic cleans - plus some Disney inspired scents. All available in a choice of Reed Diffusers, Room Sprays, Soy Wax Candles, Soy Wax Melts, Plug In Diffusers and Car Air Fresheners.

This weekend we're excited to be at Walton Gardens Artisan Market, alongside more than 40 amazing local small businesses, following the exciting launch last month.
There's a great line up o traders joining the fun this month, with a great mix of stalls including food, drink, jewellery, homeware, dog treats, crafts and plenty more.
Located inside the old riding school, next to the heritage cafe, the artisan market's inside allowing everyone to enjoy the day without worrying about the weather. Even better, Walton Gardens has a great selection of activities for all the family to enjoy - including a free children's zoo, play ground and plenty of open spaces to run and play. It's also dog friendly
