With December upon us and the final countdown to Christmas in full swing, we've got important dates coming up which are important to keep in mind, to ensure your orders arrive in time for the big day.
Thankfully, there's no postal strikes due this year which gives you (& us) more time before Christmas to get your orders in and posted out in time. However, as always, the run up to Christmas passes quickly so make sure to get your orders in as soon as possible to avoid any potential delays.
For mainland UK deliveries, Royal Mail have provided the following last order dates for each service type. For Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland, you may need to order sooner to ensure it arrives in time as delivery usually takes slightly longer.
Monday, 18th December - 2nd Class / 2nd Class Signed For / Tracked 48
Wednesday, 20th December - 1st Class / 1st Class Signed For / Tracked 24
Thursday, 21st December - Special Guaranteed Delivery by 1pm
For those stationed with HM Forces, the deadline for operationally stationed staff has now passed (November 24th). For HM Forces personnel who are classed as static, the deadline for mailing is Monday, December 4th
For those living overseas, the cutoff date for your orders to arrive varies by country. As a rough guide though, the following dates should be used as a last orders guide.
Tuesday, 5th December - Rest of the World
Thursday, 7th December - Europe
Friday, 8th December - USA & Canada
As always, these are only rough guides and may be subject to delay through weather & seasonal related issues, so we recommend ordering early to ensure the best chances of your order arriving in time. On the build up to Christmas, we're shipping orders daily to ensure they get out to you in plenty of time.
