These clips feature a swivel clip which allows for great versatility for both verstical and horizontal vents. They're really easy to fit and can be kept for reuse again and again.
 
To fit these clips, just unscrew the top of the air freshner, remove the small plastic bung, place the kneck of the bottle through the O ring of the clip and rescrew the top onto the bottle.
